Q. Do you ship discreetly?
A. We ship discreetly, you should never receive a package with our logo on it.
Q. Do you deliver outside the USA & Canada
A. We can deliver outside the USA & Canada please contact us with item numbers, color, size and destination so that we can confirm shipping costs.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. We currently ship using the United States Post Office. Our cost for packing and shipping is currently a flat rate of $6.99 for first class mail within the USA and $19.99 to Canada.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. The estimated time for USPS First Class is Approximately 5-10 business days.
Bear in mind that temporarily out-of-stock item, backordered items will take longer to ship.
Holiday seasons such as Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day can cause a slight delay so, during those times, it is advisable to get your order placed as soon as possible to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Q. What are my payment method options?
A. We currently accept payment using Paypal. You can pay using most major Credit and Debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Some credit card orders may be held while we verify cardholder information. We do not accept personal checks.

Q. Is everything on your website in stock?
A. Although all items on our website are available for sale, some items may be out temporarily of stock at the time of ordering.
Q. What happens if the item I have ordered is out temporarily of stock?
A. Your item will be automatically placed on backorder, and an e-mail will be sent notifying you of this. However if you do not wish the item to be placed on back order please send an e-mail to this effect.
Q. When will my backorder arrive?
A. We are unable to give a definate date when a backorder will arrive with our suppliers, however when we receive updated shipping information you will be informed.
Q. How do i know if my order has been shipped?
A. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped.
Q. Am I ordering the correct size?
A. When looking at the size charts, please keep in mind that these are only guidelines. Sometimes you will find your measurements will put you in between sizes. Should that be your situation, we recommend you order the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Q. What happens if I order the wrong sized lingerie?
A. We can only accept returns on faulty goods, please refer to our policies for more details.
